Who Can Make & Pay for RTT Reservations
The acquiring party must be a member to one of the following groups:
- US Armed Forces (Active Duty & Retirees)
- Government Employees residing in Germany/SOFA, (GS, NAF, DoDDs, AAFES, DECA)
- Command Sponsored Family Member with ID Card
Family members falling into one of the above groups please note: We cannot provide service or accept payment directly from you.
If you are planning to visit a family member/or join our RTT and Horizon Bus Tours, your family member will be able to book the trip for you.
If you want to pay for a service (e.g. flight ticket) that an eligible member has requesting from us, we ask that you provide the funds directly to the account of the acquiring party.
Purchase of travel services for third parties (relatives, friends, all other non-eligible, ) All services/sales are subject to the terms and conditions of the STATUS of Forces Agreement (SOFA).
Services cannot be provided or purchased by you, for third parties, with the exception of:
- Selected airfares and 86FSS sponsored bus tours. Third parties on 86FSS sponsored bus tours must be accompanied by the sponsor throughout the tour.
