"Serving those who Serve” - First

Spring is in the air, and the vast quantities of non-eligible service requests made it imperative to establish a better and safer communication platform to support our mission to “Serve those who Serve “, first.

Our RTT website no longer provides inquiry/or booking forms for selected services.

We invite you to use Our Customer Care Center

The cornerstone: "Service Request Ticket", has replaced all booking/inquiry forms. 

Upon submitting a service request Ticket you will receive a Ticket Tracking ID# and we are at your service!

  • You can submit and receive documents through this system
  • Provide additional details pertaining to your travel requests
  • Work with multiple travel specialists simultaneously
 Our response to your service request can be viewed online (highly recommended)
  • Simultaneously you will receive a first e-mail notification with a TICKET Tracking ID#
  • Followed by future e-mail notifications of our responses to your last or latest service request
  • Our goal is to improve not only the quality of service you receive, but the speed in which we can answer your questions and get you on your way.   
The Knowledge Base

It shall provide you up front with answers to questions you may have prior to making a service request. As we only went live on 5 March, its content is still limited yet it will be supplemented with answers to the most frequently answered questions that we receive.
